Jules Jurgensen A059CH à propos Stainless Steel-Plated Chocolate-Ladies' Watch

This elegant Jules Jurgensen A059CH à propos Stainless Steel-Plated Chocolate-Ladies' Watch has a sense of quality, an apparent appealing design heritage, and the chocolate-plated stainless steel bracelet is practical as well as pretty: stainless steel is so popular in watchmaking as it’s easily repaired, and scratches can be buffed out. Powered by a really reliable quartz inner mechanism-more accurate in its timekeeping than other watch types- this watch performs to a high standard and comes complete with reinforced mineral crystal glass, making it ideal for the busy modern woman who divides her time between work engagements, the demands of home, and leisure activities. The bar markers on the face indicating 3 & 9 o' clock hours lend this watch a classic aesthetic, while the discreet Jules Jurgensen logo indicating 12 o'clock promises prestige, luxury, and durability.

About Jules Jurgensen

Winner of 32 Distinguished International Awards, Jules Jurgensen was a watchmaking company. It was founded by Jürgen Jürgensen in 1740 in Denmark, when Jürgen Jürgensen went into partnership with Isaac Larpent, under the name "Larpent & Jürgensen".

Upon Jürgen's death in 1811, his youngest son Frederik took over the company and changed the name to "Frederik Jürgensen".

Jules Jürgensen produced many watches in Switzerland. Jules Jürgensen was sold to a company in the US in 1936, and the watches were still produced in Switzerland until 1957, at which time it was first documented that the watches were made by others and have their name put on them.
